Shipping and Delivery Policy

When you order online with On Point Fit. you agree to our Shipping and Delivery Policy. We strive to have orders processed within 1-3 business days and order tracking emailed to our customers within 3-5 Business Days.

Shipping within Australia is $9 and if you spend over $150 AUD you get free shipping Australia wide. FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY. 

Shipping Policy

Wherever possible On Point Fit. will give our couriers permission to leave parcels at home addresses as opposed to returning the parcel to the courier depot for re delivery. We will authorise to leave in a safe place. If an item is left and theft occurs On Point Fit. will not be held liable. If you prefer us not to give authority to leave you must inform us at time of order.

Estimate Delivery Times

Delivery time may vary and On Point Fit. cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping once items are dispatched form the warehouse (IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please note some items may come from more than one warehouse. This means you may get more than one package - how exciting!). Time frames are an estimate only and may vary depending on the warehouse the items are send from (On Point Fit will not be liable for any unavoidable delays however we do everything we can to ensure products are delivered on time). Your order will get to you within 1-5 business days depending on where your location is. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days.

Over busy periods such as Christmas, On Point Fit. cannot be held responsible for longer than normal delivery times due to an influx of shipping for couriers.

Investigations into delivery status will not be done by On Point Fit. until the estimated delivery time has passed.

Undelivered Packages

If your order is returned to us, our team will be in touch with you via email. Please note fees and charges may apply for re shipping.

Inaccurate address

A re delivery cost will be charged for all parcels returned to us due to inaccurate address information.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered, a notification will be left in the mail box for local pick up or redelivery. If a re delivery charge is payable to the courier On Point Fit. will not be liable for this.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be re-sent.

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.
