Returns & Refunds
Not happy with your new purchase? No dramas at all. On Point Fit. will be happy to look at refund/exchange option depending on the situation/reason why you'd like to return or exchange your items.
Refunds or exchanges will only be permitted within 30 days of purchase.
Please note exchanges/returns means the items need to be in their original new condition with tags (not worn, without any marks, not washed, etc).
We are unable to offer a refund on sale items or items purchased with a discount code unless the items were faulty or wrongly described.
Once items have been posted back to us they will be fully inspected to make sure they are in their original condition (not dirty, etc).
If they are dirty with makeup, fake tan or have been washed, a refund/exchange WILL NOT be possible and the items will be returned back to you ASAP.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange please follow these three simple steps:
1. Contact us at email@example.com to advise what you would like to do (refund or exchange) and why (no refunds for change of mind).
2. Purchase a satchel from Australia post
3. Place the item/s you wish to return/exchange in the satchel.
4. Hold on to the tracking number provided by Australia Post. Unfortunately OPF cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once we've received your return/exchange it will be processed with priority.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal expenses incurred for returns (unless faulty, wrongly described).
Please don't post items back to us without emailing us first, if this does happen and you aren't liable for a refund/exchange we will just send it back to you.
WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND. If you don't like the item we are happy to offer you a credit for a future purchase in exchange for the item posted back to us at your expense but not a full refund.
