HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Postage is $9 Australia wide or spend over $150 and receive free shipping. 


ARE ALL SIZES THE SAME?

As our items come from many different suppliers not all sizes are the same. Where possible we have included size charts in the item description. Should an item not have a size chart please email us at hello@onpointfit.com.au and we will try our best to track one down prior to ordering.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Your order will get to you within 1-5 business days depending on where your location is. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. All items come from Australia so your items will get to you pretty quick!

If order isn't received after 30 days please get in touch hello@onpointfit.com.au and we will investigate the matter.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, we will not refund the item unless it has arrived damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.

WILL ALL MY ITEMS BE POSTED AT THE SAME TIME?

This will vary from order to order but most likely not as we do stock products from a lot of different brands and they get sent to you directly.
